Candy~Chan has Light~blue eyes. Her long blond hair is in two ponytails, the tip of the left one is dyed pink and the tip of the right one is dyed blue. She has a blue ice cream cone clip in her bangs, a pink dress with a fluffy white trim and a pocket full of jelly beans. The skirt part of her dress has different colored lollipops. She has purple shoes and grey thigh high socks.
